We created two easy cocktails with the inspiration of Fitch and Leedes blue tonic Water:
Gin and tonic - Tanqstream
2 measures Tanqueray gin
1 measure Skye vodka
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
3 measures Fitch and Leeds’s blue tonic
2 teaspoons creme de cassis
Blueberries to decorate (optional)
Put some cracked ice into a cocktail shaker and shake to mix with gin and lime juice. Strain into highball glass half filled with cracked ice. Add blue tonic water. Stir in the cassis and decorate with lime slices and blueberries.
Black berry vodka punch
1 1/2 cups of Skye vodka
1/2 cup triple sec
4 x 330ml blue tonic water
1 pint blueberries
1 pint blackberries
1 pint raspberries
1 bunch fresh mint
